Step 1: The Learning Framework
The framework includes:
Clear learning pathways
Structured speaking routines
Real-life communication tasks
Portfolio-based coursework
Independent and group resources
This ensures consistent quality across all learning hubs.
Step 2: Learning Hubs
Hubs can operate in cafés, community spaces, homes, libraries, workplaces, education centres, cultural institutions, or outdoor settings.
There are no rigid classrooms or teacher-led lectures.
Learning happens through participation, guided practice, and real communication.
Flexible, drop-in environments with no strict timetables. Learners progress at their own pace through guided tasks and consistent speaking practice.
Workshops include interview skills, customer service, workplace communication, and industry-focused training.
More than study spaces, our hubs are community environments for real conversation, confidence, and meaningful human connection
Step 3: The Facilitator Role
Guide structured activities
Encourage active participation
Maintain a respectful, motivating environment
Support confidence-building practice
Monitor portfolio progress
Speak regularly in structured sessions
Work in pairs and small groups
Practise real-life communication
Build confidence step by step
Upload coursework and speaking recordings to their portfolio
English Gateway is designed as a complete learning ecosystem.
Because the model is flexible and community-based, learning hubs can grow organically while staying aligned with the same CEFR framework and learning approach.
This allows English Gateway to expand across communities, workplaces, and regions without losing structure or quality.
The system scales without becoming rigid.
Learn English. Build confidence. Move forward.
